DANA deposit and withdrawal

To make a DANA deposit, log in to your account, navigate to the cashier section, and select DANA as your payment method. You will be redirected to the DANA app or web interface to confirm the transfer. Deposits are credited to your result candyland balance after the transaction is confirmed by the DANA network, typically within a short window. For withdrawals, the process runs in reverse: submit a withdrawal request from your account dashboard, enter the DANA wallet number linked to your account, and confirm. The withdrawal is reviewed by our team before funds are released. If your account has not yet completed KYC verification, the withdrawal will be held until identity documents are reviewed and approved. DANA withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers, though exact timing depends on network conditions and the volume of requests in our queue. We recommend keeping your DANA wallet number consistent across deposits and withdrawals to avoid delays caused by account-mismatch checks.

OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are both supported on result candyland and follow a similar flow to DANA. To use OVO, select it from the payment method list in the cashier, enter your OVO-registered phone number, and approve the transaction in the OVO app. GoPay works through the Gojek ecosystem; select GoPay, confirm the amount, and authorise via the Gojek app. Both wallets require that the phone number or account linked to the wallet matches the details on your result candyland account. If there is a mismatch, the transaction may be flagged for manual review. KYC verification applies to both methods: your first withdrawal via OVO or GoPay will be held until identity verification is complete. After KYC approval, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard review window. During high-traffic periods — Liga 1 match days, Idul Fitri, or Imlek — processing queues may be longer than usual. If a deposit via OVO or GoPay does not credit within the expected window, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation in your wallet app and submit it to our support team with your account username and the transaction timestamp.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual account (VA) transfers are available for users who prefer direct bank transfers over e-wallets. We at result candyland support BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI virtual accounts. To make a VA deposit, select your bank from the cashier, and a unique virtual account number will be generated for your transaction. Transfer the exact amount shown to that VA number using your bank's mobile app, internet banking, or ATM. The deposit is confirmed once the bank network processes the transfer, which may take longer than e-wallet methods. Do not transfer a different amount from what is shown; partial or excess transfers may require manual reconciliation. For withdrawals back to a bank account, the destination account must be registered in your result candyland profile and must match your KYC-verified name. Withdrawals to BCA, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI are subject to the same 12–48 hour review window as other methods. Bank transfers initiated on weekends or during public holidays such as Nyepi may experience additional delays due to interbank settlement schedules.

Fees, limits and verification

We at result candyland do not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, QRIS, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. Deposit minimums vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier screen before you confirm. Withdrawal minimums are set at the account level and may differ from deposit minimums. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are applied per transaction and per day; these limits may be raised after KYC verification is complete. KYC is triggered automatically when you submit your first withdrawal request. You will be asked to upload a government-issued ID (national ID card or passport) and a proof of address document. The review typically completes within a few hours during business days. Accounts with incomplete KYC cannot process withdrawals until the review is finished. If your documents are rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason and an opportunity to resubmit.

Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, QRIS, or a bank virtual account does not credit to your result candyland balance within the expected window, the first step is to confirm the transaction status in your payment app or bank statement. If the funds have left your wallet or bank account but have not appeared in your result candyland balance, gather the following: the transaction reference number from your payment app, the exact amount and timestamp, and a screenshot of the confirmation screen. Submit these to our support team via live chat or email. Our team will cross-reference the transaction against our payment gateway records and either credit the balance manually or initiate a trace with the payment provider. For withdrawals that have been under review longer than 48 hours, contact support with your withdrawal request ID. Common causes of delays include KYC documents pending review, a mismatch between the registered account name and the destination wallet, or a payment provider network issue. We do not cancel withdrawal requests without notifying the account holder.
